**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals
+ Ensure adherence to operational standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement
+ Support and coach team members, promoting engagement and development
+ Monitor production metrics and proactively address performance gaps
+ Collaborate across functions to optimize scheduling, inventory, and workflow

+ Strong leadership and team-building capabilities in an industrial or manufacturing setting
+ Clear and confident communicator with sound decision-making skills
+ Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
+ Skilled in promoting safety and regulatory compliance throughout operations
+ Proven capacity to manage priorities and adapt to dynamic production demands
**Work Environment** This role is based in a manufacturing facility with frequent exposure to dust, noise, moving machinery, and variable temperatures. It requires time on the floor and collaboration with both hourly and salaried team members.
