As Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage a unionized team, and ensure targets for safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency are consistently met. You’ll play a key role in developing team members, enforcing company standards, and supporting operational goals.

What You’ll Do Lead, organize, and support production employees during your shift Manage resources effectively to meet production goals Engage your team to deliver on safety, quality, and efficiency targets Support training and workforce development initiatives Uphold company policies and collective agreement standards Collaborate with leadership to achieve departmental objectives Promote compliance with environmental policies
What You Bring College diploma (DEC) in an industrial field or equivalent 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability Comfortable using production and inventory software A safety-first mindset
