What You'll Be Doing

Lead daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure safe and efficient productionSupervise and support plant personnel to meet performance and quality goalsMonitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtimeTrack production metrics and implement process improvementsEnsure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
