What You’ll Do:

Supervise and support Production Leads and Technicians on the 3rd shift Oversee production to meet output targets and schedules Champion workplace safety and ensure full compliance with OSHA, GMP, FDA, and quality standards Monitor production metrics; make real-time adjustments to optimize performance Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth shift handovers Lead continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA) activities Partner with maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment running efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years manufacturing experience and 2+ years in a supervisory role Working knowledge of automation, control systems, and ERP (SAP a plus) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Understanding of safety practices, GMP, and food safety standards High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
