The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while adhering to an agreed CBA. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of production processes, and the ability to effectively manage a diverse workforce. In this role you will drive Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) implementation at the cell level in alignment with the Collins CORE operating system. This is an onsite position that will work the 3-11PM shift with the initial training likely taking place during our 7AM - 3PM shift. The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
