Job Description

About the team: The team focuses on providing strong leadership to team leaders and employees, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment through coaching and mentoring. They serve as a key liaison between employees and the company, ensuring clear communication and a safe, issue-free workplace. By driving continuous improvement through waste reduction, problem-solving, and performance process enhancements, the team works to maintain and improve overall production efficiency.

 

What you can look forward to as a Production Supervisor:

Leader for assigned team leaders and employees. Create a positive results-oriented work environment through coaching and mentoring of team leaders and employees. Serve as liaison between employees and company. Ensure safe and issue free work environment. Maintain and improve production performance processes through waste reduction, problem solving and continuous improvement activity.

Your profile as a Production Supervisor:
