Summary: Seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead manufacturing teams in achieving production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Must have manufacturing and supervisor experience

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

US Citizenship required

Responsibilities:

Lead small areas/processes within the production facility/line

Support team members in troubleshooting issues

Provide performance feedback to guide development

Educate and enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards

Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve problems

Report and respond to nonconformance issues

Implement process improvements and lead Kaizen events

Pay Details: $24.00 to $33.00 per hour
