Summary: Seeking a Production Superintendent with supervisory experience in manufacturing environments to oversee safe and efficient operations.

Requirements:

Supervisory experience in manufacturing setting Experience achieving KPIs such as cost savings or scrap reduction Knowledge of ASRS user screens and code identification Familiarity with JIT communication devices and MRP systems Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities:

Ensure safe and efficient production department operations Guide supervisors on personnel issues and disciplinary problems Maintain strong relationships with customer staff for timely delivery and quality assurance Enforce safety rules and conduct performance appraisals related to health and safety Participate actively in plant safety programs through inspections, safety talks, and goal setting

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
