Location: 2100 Gardner Expressway, Quincy, IL 62301
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: $22.35/hour, plus $1.00/hour shift differential
Job DutiesGrain and waste handling through scraping, shoveling, and sweeping up soybean product and byproductOperate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs, etc.Monitor product quality specificationsCollect product samples and transport them to the labUtilize computer systems to input and record data as required regarding safety, sanitation, maintenance, and process equipment operationInteract regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environmentMonitor and measure tank levelsMaintain a safe and clean work environmentKnowledge, understanding, and adherence to all safety policies and proceduresRequirements18 years or olderHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentValid Driver’s LicenseBasic computer skills Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work in elevated areas Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or differential shiftsADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
