Job Title: Production Specialist – Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $18–$19/hour
Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a Production Specialist for a temp-to-hire position with our client, an innovative manufacturer located in Biddeford, ME. The Production Specialist will support production operations by performing a variety of duties, including mold fabrication, thermoforming, mixing, machining, and assembly. The Production Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that high-quality products are delivered efficiently and on schedule. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity located in Biddeford, Maine.

As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Supporting production by executing tasks in mold fabrication, thermoforming, mixing, machining, shaping, and assembly

Operating a PC and various hand and pneumatic tools

Interpreting drawings and following instructions for mixing, measuring, machining, coating, and shaping

Collaborating effectively with Production and Engineering teams

Maintaining accurate records and traceability throughout each production stage

Mixing products according to instructions under the supervision of the Lead Technician

Maneuvering and relocating goods using hand tools and equipment

Operating CNC milling platforms and thermoforming machines

Learning and adapting to specialized equipment and procedures

Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Performing additional duties as assigned by management

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

A high school diploma or equivalent

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions

Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

Basic computer skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained)
