Summary: Seeking a Production Shop Manager with aerospace industry experience to lead and drive change in the weld shop.

Requirements:

Aerospace industry background US Citizen or Green Card holder due to government contracts Experience managing shop floor for aerospace, preferably in welding or CNC machining

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field, or substantial experience in lieu of degree Familiarity with Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of approximately 40 technicians in the weld shop Manufacture aluminum thin-walled parts for heat exchangers Promote change and drive improvements within the team

Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
