This opportunity supports a critical function within an aerospace manufacturing environment, where production scheduling directly impacts customer delivery, inventory health, and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for owning and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensuring alignment across production, materials, and shipping to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications & Experience
Demand forecasting experience: Supports proactive planning and early identification of capacity or material risks.Experience with ERP/MRP systems: Improves efficiency in maintaining data integrity, running reports, and troubleshooting scheduling issues.Aerospace or regulated manufacturing exposure: Helps navigate quality, compliance, and documentation requirements with minimal ramp‑up.Advanced Excel or reporting skills: Enables schedule analysis, inventory tracking, and communication of production status to stakeholders.Continuous improvement mindset: Identifies opportunities to improve scheduling processes, lead times, and production flow.Required Education
High school diploma or GED (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in production scheduling, production control, expediting, or manufacturing record keeping.
Manufacturing environment experience required; aerospace experience preferred.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
