Key Responsibilities:

Schedule workflow to ensure alignment with the customer’s needsWork with Order Execution to commit to deliveries manufactured in Charlotte Provide detailed work center scheduling.Manage inventories and WIP on the shop floorCollaborate with team members and supervision to ensure accurate prioritization of workFacilitate non-conformance rework planning and scheduling.Capture the process and document the work flows and sanitize for trainings.

 



Work Experience

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or Associates Degree with equivalent experience.Minimum 3-5 years manufacturing experience in scheduling, line supervision, industrial engineering or production control.Must be willing to work 5 days/week in office/shop floor environmentKnowledge of MRP and scheduling systems / tools, preferred.Proven experience with SAP and Microsoft Office software, a plus.Knowledge of general machining and welding principles is an asset.Excellent communication skillsAbility to evaluate options and make decisionsAbility to work as a team player

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

 

Pay Range: $60K - $70K 

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
