For instant consideration, apply now! **Job Summary:** This role is responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and calibrating RF (Radio Frequency) components and systems used in production. **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; off every other Friday. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble, test, and calibrate RF components, circuits, and systems. + Perform troubleshooting and repairs on RF devices to ensure optimal performance. + Operate RF test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators. + Conduct quality control inspections to meet industry and company standards. + Work closely with engineers and production teams to resolve technical issues. + Document test results, calibrations, and maintenance procedures accurately. + Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. + Maintain and organize RF test stations and equipment. **Requirements:** + Associate’s degree or certification in electronics, RF technology, or a related field (preferred). + 2+ years of experience in RF testing, troubleshooting, or production support. + Strong understanding of RF principles, signal propagation, and circuit analysis. + Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and troubleshooting techniques. + Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. **Perks:** + Pay starting at $18.00 – 23.00 per hour, plus overtime as needed + Weekly paycheck + Warehouse environment - dress casual and enjoy a laidback atmosphere + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy (https://www.adeccousa.com/about-adecco-staffing/adecco-programs-partnerships/aspire-academy/) with thousands of free upskilling courses Click apply for instant consideration for this Production RF Technician in El Cajon, CA! **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
