Production RF Technician
We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aProduction RF Technicianto join a leading Company located in theEl Cajon, CA surrounding area. Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 We are seeking a skilled Production RF Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and calibrating RF (Radio Frequency) components and systems used in production. The ideal candidate will have experience working with RF circuits, test equipment, and production processes. Job Responsibilities: + Assemble, test, and calibrate RF components, circuits, and systems. + Perform troubleshooting and repairs on RF devices to ensure optimal performance. + Operate RF test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators. + Conduct quality control inspections to meet industry and company standards. + Work closely with engineers and production teams to resolve technical issues. + Document test results, calibrations, and maintenance procedures accurately. + Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. + Maintain and organize RF test stations and equipment. Basic Hiring Criteria + Associate's degree or certification in electronics, RF technology, or a related field (preferred). + 2+ years of experience in RF testing, troubleshooting, or production support. + Strong understanding of RF principles, signal propagation, and circuit analysis. + Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and troubleshooting techniques. + Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Desired Qualifications: + Experience with soldering and working with small RF components. + Knowledge of RF shielding, interference, and testing methodologies. + Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
