**Job Title: Production Process Coach**
Job Description
As a Production Process Coach, you will supervise UAW employees within various areas of the plant. You will manage a team of 50-90 employees, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and overseeing daily tasks.
Responsibilities
+ Supervise and oversee UAW employees within the plant.
+ Manage a department of 50-90 employees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
+ Hold employees accountable for their daily tasks and performance.
+ Make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
+ Be present before and after production lines start and end.
Essential Skills
+ Previous supervision experience.
+ Experience supervising in a union environment.
+ Experience working in an automotive environment, preferably OEM or tier 1 supplier.
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Basic computer literacy, specifically with Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3-5 years of supervision experience within an automotive facility.
+ Recommendations from any Ford Management employee are beneficial.
+ Thick skin and strong soft skills for handling challenging situations.

Work Environment
The role requires flexibility with hours and shifts, with some working 60-70 hours per week. The environment is very fast-paced, demanding quick decision-making. Business casual attire is appropriate, and the position involves a rotating swing shift every three months between A, B, and C crews. A crew operates Monday-Thursday from 6am-4:30pm, B crew is Tuesday-Friday from 6pm-4:30am, and C crew is Friday/Saturday from 6am-4:30pm and Sunday/Monday night from 6pm-4:30am. Supervisors are expected to arrive 30-45 minutes before the line starts and remain after production ends.

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, Kentucky.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
