General duties:

Coach Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work Monitor Andon occurrences. Be the first responder as secondary support Through Process Confirmation, verify that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Support Continuous Improvement and coach problem resolution to the lowest level of the organization Communication and recognition Build Team Leader and Team Member capability Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives  Identify sources of variation within a production environment effectively and efficiently Support concern resolution with cross-functional teams, including the Quality department, production, and suppliers Understand and consistently apply standard manufacturing operating systems Support Work Groups for short and long term countermeasures of all abnormalities Validate and bridge operational needs as required to ensure the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Strategic planning and coordination of Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) activities to achieve Safety, Quality, and Productivity objectives Confirm standards are in place Support issues raised by the teams Implement interim and permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues using 8D tool, 6 panel, etc. in Zone Review incoming quality concerns to maintain quality with assigned area; must have experience with initiating containment, determining root cause and implementing corrective actions Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity Conduct job ergonomic evaluations and deliver corrective actions as required Any others tasks assigned by direct Supervisor or Head of Department People Development & Management. Objectives Setting Individual Development Plan/ Employee Profile Training Needs Assessment Compliance: Maintain & apply quality control system in working area including but not limited to TS16949, ISO14001, QOS, Ford Production System. Comply with Internal policies, Code of Conduct, procedures of the Company issued from time to time. Complete all compliance training as required by Corporate Compliance Office. Other assignment: Control safety - SRA/SBI Control Weekly Safety report Control Repair standard & QLS Control ISO14001 FPS – Control GPA
