Production Manager Responsibilities: Oversee daily beverage production operations to meet targets for safety, quality, efficiency, and output. Ensure full compliance with Canadian beverage manufacturing standards, including CFIA, HACCP, GMP, and Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR). Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, operators, and line staff to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Manage and optimize processes related to liquid handling, bottling/packaging, pasteurization, and microbial control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Monitor production metrics and initiate process improvements to enhance throughput, reduce downtime, and minimize waste. Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles and effective problem-solving. Ensure sanitation and allergen control procedures meet or exceed industry standards. Lead daily production meetings and ensure strong communication across all departments and shifts. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of production staff in alignment with company standards and regulatory expectations. The successful candidate has:  5+ years of experience in a Production Supervisory role within beverage manufacturing (non-alcoholic, alcoholic, dairy, or similar). Strong understanding of Canadian food and beverage manufacturing regulations, including CFIA, HACCP, GMP, and SFCR. Direct experience in bottling lines, pasteurization processes and sanitation systems. Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams and manage day-to-day plant operations. Experience with production planning, inventory management, and ERP systems. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A hands-on approach with a continuous improvement of mindset. Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $105,000 – $120,000, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package. A strong leadership team that drives an exceptional culture.
