Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead production planning scheduling and ensure timely completion of work orders for manufacturing processes for new products.
+ Act as core team member to NPI project teams, aligning closely with aligning closely with cross-functional business partners (Marketing, Quality Assurance, Master Data Management, Global / Regional PLAN, Business Excellence, Deliver, PP&L, ExOps).
+ Magnificent execution of project planning, applying supply chain projects planning processes and incorporating project management excellence and lean methodology.
+ Orchestrate diagnostic kitting builds in conjunction with Supply Planning, Production Planning, Deliver, and ExOps.
+ Support launch, phase-in / phase-out plans with key stakeholders and prepare for operational Supply Chain and PLAN launch readiness.
+ Support scenario planning analysis, with capacity bottleneck identification where required. Ensure appropriate available capacities to meet timelines and volume requirements.
+ Identify and pro-actively mitigate risks throughout the entire supply chain.
+ Communicate business related issues or opportunities to next management level via STEM process.
+ Support demand, supply, and inventory strategies to build robust, efficient and conformant end-to end supply chains for new products.
+ Partner with Plan Excellence team to integrate new products into OMP planning system.
+ Coach, train, and assist Production Planning team. Act as dotted line leadership for schedulers and contract support.
Qualifications
Education:
+ Bachelor or masters degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or Engineering.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
+ 4 - 6 yrs of demonstrated ability in Supply Chain Management, Planning / Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Finance; preferably in a multinational company.
+ Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis.
+ Accuracy with
+ high attention to details.
+ Ability to work across multiple functional organizations and levels in a multicultural and global / matrix environment.
+ Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
+ Sophisticated Excel knowledge; knowledge of other automation tools (eg., Power BI, Alteryx) a plus.
+ Demonstrated ability to handle complexity.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills.
+ Demonstrated partnering and influencing skills.
+ Ability to minimize and handle risks appropriately.
Preferred:
+ Project management experience preferred.
+ Automation tools such as Power BI and / or Alteryx preferred.
+ Lean material flow, planning & scheduling knowledge, a plus.
+ Process Excellence certification or demonstrated experience a plus.
+ Knowledge and proficiency of ERP and OMP planning tools preferred.
