A person who will compile a production plan according to the customer's requirements. What will you do with us? + Creation and updating of production plans + Coordination with production teams and customer service + Communication with purchasing and headquarters + Monitoring the fulfillment of plans according to customer call-offs + Optimization of production capacity utilization + Ensuring the availability of materials for production + Cooperation to improve production processes + Communication with suppliers and carriers, handling complaints + Inventory monitoring and supply control + Troubleshoot delivery issues + Optimization of transport costs / container consolidation We would like to find a new colleague who has: + Secondary school/university education + Experience with production planning / material ordering + Knowledge of planning tools (e.g. SAP, MS Excel). + Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. + Knowledge of English at a communicative level. + Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. + Good organizational and communication skills What do we offer? + Reduced working hours of 37.5 hours/week + 5 weeks vacation + annual bonus of up to CZK 18,000 (according to the company's results) + Contribution to supplementary pension insurance in the amount of CZK 1400 per month + quality subsidized company catering by the employer in the amount of 55% + Loyalty bonuses for employees for years of service If the job position appeals to you, do not hesitate to contact me.
