Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for production planning? Walkers Sausage & Deli Co is seeking a Sausage Production Planning Manager to join our Planning team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and optimise our production planning processes, ensuring alignment with customer demand, inventory levels, and supply chain capabilities.

Develop and maintain efficient production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity. Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. Analyse production capacity and recommend adjustments to meet future needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, logistics, and engineering teams. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and reduce costs. The Ideal Candidate

Understanding of inventory and forecasting systems.
