**Job Description**
Role is to support PCA production and inventory control. Collaboration with value streams to ensure on time delivery of product. Ensuring the team has all material to start and complete work in the PCA area by communicating, tracking, verifying, procuring, auditing and coordinating work to meet on time delivery. Tasks would include printing job routers, coordinating with material planners for timely part delivery, coordinating with stockroom for timely delivery of parts, coordinating with production schedulers, auditing inventory to ensure system quantities are valid to physical locations, procuring material for associates including parts and tool crib items. Job would include investigating short parts, replenishment dates, and issuing lost part replacement of floor stock and bonded inventory. Individual should be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks based on MRP and production schedule demands.
Individual should be well versed in inventory applications including Oracle, MBOM, Power Bi Dashboards or have a background in material handling and or inventory control. Additional knowledge of Factory Logix, plannings, and router construction would also be supportive in this role. Job may include working on continuous improvement projects centered around inventory control or production flow. 5S and lean manufacturing trained. Position to include production control, production scheduling and material planning tasks. A Production Planner organizes and schedules manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, timely, and budget-friendly product creation, coordinating resources like materials and staff, managing inventory, and solving disruptions to keep the supply chain moving smoothly, requiring strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. They are vital in manufacturing for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from raw materials to delivery, using specialized software to balance demand, resources, and costs.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ High School Diploma and 2 years work experience
+ Material handler, production scheduling or inventory control experience
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Logistics and Inventory Control Experience
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $52108 - $83373
