Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalency certificate +3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000.

Production Planner Essential Functions:
Responsible for planning and implementing the production schedule for the various product lines. Coordinate multiple activities to ensure on-time delivery, production and inventory goals are met. Maintain a minimum of inventory to support the production schedules. Team with the Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Leaders and support personnel to assure that customer needs are met. The Planner develops the “ship plan” and is tasked with keeping all lines on the plan accurate. The plans are to be consistent with business objectives while maximizing customer service and minimizing inventory investment.
This position is eligible for $1000. sign-on bonus
Responsibilities Include:
Work closely with sales and marketing to develop a plan that best services our customersMonitor outside machining and NDT to ensure they are hitting dates via directing OSM coordinators as to the needs of the plant.Interface with other departments (Shipping, Processing, Engineering, Quality) to resolve problems with timely delivery or disposition of rejection noticesFacilitate continual improvement. Take initiative to resolve planning issues without supervision’s direction. Willingly participate with production teams to resolve production and planning issuesPerform other tasks as needed in support of manufacturing operations, customers and suppliersDevelops, communicates and monitors performance to the unit production goals to provide the basis for key operational decisionsProvides customer service with accurate estimations of booked capacity to allow accurate quoting of customer lead-timesReconciles confliction objectives in the Master Planner Systems to ensure customer service, acceptable inventory levels, and maximizes production efficiencyProvide input to management, Production and Engineering to reschedule in case of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptionsWork in a safe manner that promotes the health and well-being of the individual and the environmentComply with all EHS rules and regulations and supervisory instructions.Report all incidents including injuries, spills, fires, property damage, and near misses to their supervisor
