Vacancy: Production Planner

Job purpose:
Your main objective in this role is to generate short-term and medium-term production plans aligned with customer needs, efficiently utilize available resources, manage inventory levels within defined targets, and reduce the risk of non-moving stock.
As a Production Planner, you will help drive our goals by:
Develop and manage short-term production schedules;Plan and balance production capacity with available working hours;Convert planned orders into production orders and release them efficiently;Optimize order sizes and scheduling to ensure smooth operations;Support new product launches, product changes, and phase-outs;Manage inventory levels of finished goods and semi-finished products;Monitor and resolve SAP exceptions to improve production flow and inventory accuracy;Review and update master data in SAP as needed;Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and escalate issues proactively;Continuously improve planning standards and processes.Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Higher education in Logistics or Management and Production Engineering;Minimum 3 years’ experience in Production Planning;Skills and knowledge in SAP planning applications;Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (multi-level formulas, Power Querry);Fluent English knowledge (written and spoken);Accuracy, analytical and organizational skills;Goal orientation;Continues improvement approach;Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in calculations;Good communication skills and team player;Strong planning and problem solving skills;Ability to perform in an intense, fast paced and complex working environment.Nice to have:
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.What we offer:
