The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a talented Production Planner to join our manufacturing facility in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the production environment and MRP systems. Willing to be adaptable to shifting priorities and work with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Own the processing of production work orders from 'cradle to graduation' in support of the delivery of the final goods to CACI customers.Analyze unique supply & demand needs to drive the appropriate material availability datesGenerate the appropriate job requests to support the production scheduleManage order specific data and life-cycles within the MRP system.Present, solicit, and assess feedback on the various forecasts from Management TeamCoordinate expedited order requests and unplanned demandWork closely with Production to ensure production delays are identified and action plans are implemented


Qualifications:
Required:

Strong team collaboration and analytical skills with ability to execute and follow-through on tasks to completionSolid understanding of ERP and MRP system functionality and its application for materials planning and controlSuperior organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail and a high degree of initiativeStrong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, Teams and WordStrong oral communication including the ability to express ideas and information and facilitate an open exchange of ideasDemonstrated problem solving to include the ability to identify and analyze problems; use sound reasoning to arrive at conclusions; find alternative solutions to complex problems; distinguish between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical judgmentsSolid written communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas in writing in a succinct and organize mannerRequires a high degree of independent thought and decision makingDemonstrated flexibility and results-orientated approach to handling daily tasks to completionBachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years related experience in a manufacturing environment or related technical discipline with an equivalent combination of skills, education and experience or 9 years of experience in lieu of degree

Desired:

Five years of experience in Master Production scheduling or equivalent with emphasis on Infor or similar MRP environment.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$58,500 - $122,800
