Your work will directly influence **on-time delivery** , **inventory efficiency** , and **production reliability** , making you a central link between supply, manufacturing, and our customers By coordinating materials and production planning, you’ll help minimize delays, avoid stockouts, and improve data accuracy in our systems—creating a more responsive and agile operation. You’ll collaborate closely with manufacturing, purchasing, and customer service teams, helping us deliver smarter, more reliable outcomes in a fast-paced environment. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Analyze inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain adequate stock + Review and monitor purchase order delivery dates to ensure accuracy + Schedule customer orders based on material and capacity availability + Release production work orders in line with material readiness + Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery + Recommend and support process improvements to reduce stockouts and improve efficiency + Maintain planning and material master data in SAP + Generate and distribute planning and production reports as required **What We're Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration + 6 years experience in materials planning and production planning in an electronics or automotive manufacturing facility. **What You'll Get from Us** **Salary:** $99,000 per year **Hours:** 40 hours per week **Location:** 4401 N.
