Your work will directly influence **on-time delivery** , **inventory efficiency** , and **production reliability** , making you a central link between supply, manufacturing, and our customers By coordinating materials and production planning, you’ll help minimize delays, avoid stockouts, and improve data accuracy in our systems—creating a more responsive and agile operation. You’ll collaborate closely with manufacturing, purchasing, and customer service teams, helping us deliver smarter, more reliable outcomes in a fast-paced environment. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow-up when necessary to avoid stockout + Ensure accuracy of purchase order due dates; promise customer orders based on the availability of material and capacity + Release production orders to manufacturing based on material availability + Work with manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery of products + Evaluate, recommend and implement improvements to lower inventory, reduce stockouts and to improve on-time delivery + Maintain master data information in SAP + Create and/or publish planning reports. **What We're Looking For** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration + 6 years experience in materials planning and production planning in an electronics or automotive manufacturing facility. **What You'll Get from Us** **Salary:** $94,000- 99,000 per year **Hours:** 40 hours per week **Location:** 4401 N.
