Key Responsibilities
Review sales forecasts, product specifications, and production schedules to determine raw material requirements.
Ensure raw materials are available to meet designated production timelines.
Utilize MRP systems to coordinate materials across purchasing, processing, warehousing, and production.
Document material details including codes, brands, and supplier contact information.
Update orders to reflect inventory levels or changes in production schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with customer demand.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Observe all safety and ISO 9001/14001 Requirements.
Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience
Associate’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $35.00/hr.
