**Job title:** Production Planner (2025-2026 Campus) 职位面向2025届或者2026届应届本科及以上学历； 工作地点：珠海飞利浦 **Job Responsibilities:** * Supports in timely delivery of customer orders by managing the quality of planning-related master data in collaboration with Enterprise Information Management (EIM). * Assists in generating a feasible/final Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on the Initial/semi-final MPS provided by the Supply Planning function. * Assists in generating a feasible Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) from the MPS, focusing on minimizing changeover times in coordination with Production/Operations Management. * Supports in workforce and equipment utilization to generate a feasible DPS. * Collaborates with Operational Buyers to generate a Material Requirements Plan (MRP) and releases production schedules to the shop floor. * Contributes in daily and/or weekly planning handshake meetings with Production/Operations Management to ensure alignment and resolve any issues. * Raises issues and supports in basic troubleshooting production orders and materials, following processes and operational policies to select appropriate solutions. * Supports in material issuance execution for all production orders and escalates any issues as needed, demonstrating attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to excellence. **You're the right fit if:** Bachelor or above degree in Supply chain, engineering related majors. **Preferred Skills:** * Manufacturing Principles * Troubleshooting * Root Cause Analysis (RCA) * Production Planning & Scheduling * Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) * Master Data Management (MDM) * Supply Chain Management (SCM) **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
