Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES other duties as assigned???
1. Picks & posts production parts picks using Pick tickets or electronic handheld device.
2. Performs a wide variety of complex and non-repetitive Distribution assembly duties as assigned using standard procedures, tools, materials, machines, and equipment.
3. Works from blueprints, work Instructions and/or verbal instructions to construct and assemble a wide variety of developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and component parts.
4. Ability to use specialty tools such as torque wrenches.
5. Performs testing and setting of cartridge valves using a valve setting test stand.
6. Performs required pneumatic testing on assemblies and documents test results.
JOB DUTIES

??? Delivers production parts to assigned staging areas.
??? Uses small hand tools and operates material handling equipment including forklifts, order pickers, high lifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks.
??? Operates forklift and Wave to move product.
??? Conducts tests as defined in testing procedures supplied by the designing engineer on Danfoss assemblies, SMC assemblies and PTO assemblies.
??? Prepares documented reports detailing the findings of these activities, including recommendations for resolution of issues identified during the test, identifies opportunities for improvement of the process.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
