What You'll Do as a Production Operator:

You’ll play a key role in creating high-performance components that keep vehicles safe and reliable worldwide.Operate and maintain machining, assembly, injection, and welding equipment safely and efficientlyPerform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on machinesMeet and exceed daily production and quality goalsComplete visual inspections and use gauges to ensure 100% quality standardsCommunicate with teammates across shifts to keep production flowingKeep your work area clean and safe at all timesSupport shop floor management, safety activities, and team meetings

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Experience in manufacturing, machining, CNC, or assemblyHigh School Diploma or GED (must provide documentation)Ability to pass a skills assessmentBasic computer skillsReliable work history and attention to detailWillingness to work overtime and weekends when neededAbility to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs., with good vision and mobility to safely perform production tasks
