This is an exempt/non-exempt level position.
Position Summary:
The purpose of the Production Operator is to operate assigned equipment in a safe and timely manner consistent with current SOPs and GMP requirements in the production of formulations.

Experience in operation, changeover, set up and cleaning of a stick pack machine.WHAT WE LOOK FORExperience in manufacturing, food production, or a similar environment is helpful but not required.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.Comfortable working in a clean, safety-focused environment.Team player with good communication skills.Communication Skills – Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Must be able to write simple correspondence. Must be able to effectively present information to other employees.Mathematical Skills – Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.Reasoning Ability – Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Must have the ability to handle problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
