Job DescriptionPerform daily PE plant operations including cutting and crushing recycled polyethylene materials, loading hoppers, and operating the extrusion process according to specificationsMix recycled polyethylene with new pellets, perform extrusion blow molding operations, and batch polyethylene rolls for productionManage lining rewinder operations and handle scrap and rework processes with accurate documentationMonitor product quality and inspect finished materials for defects to ensure compliance with quality standardsPerform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiencyMaintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standardsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve operational issuesAct as absentesism coverage for Hot Preparation Area
