Job Title: Production Worker – EV Battery Assembly (Taping Parts)

Location: Shelby Twp, MI

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $17.85 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st Shift - 5:00am to 3:30pm
                             2nd Shift - 4:00pm to 2:30am 
 

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team in the growing electric vehicle (EV) battery industry. In this role, you will be responsible for taping and assembling parts used in EV batteries while meeting daily production quotas. Responsibilities:

Tape and assemble EV battery components according to work instructions and quality standards

Maintain consistent pace to meet daily and weekly production quotas

Inspect parts for accuracy and quality before moving to the next stage

Follow all safety and workplace procedures

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive production or a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must

Ability to work on your feet and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift as assigned
