Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting material handling and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Operator
**Location:** ZEBULON, NC
**Pay Range:** $16
**Shift:** 6pm - 6am (2-2-3 schedule)
**What's the Job?**
+ Load, change, and blend materials to ensure smooth production flow.
+ Support material handling processes for raw materials, work-in-process materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
+ Packing foam products as they come off the line to prepare for shipment.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
+ Assist team members in meeting production goals and quality standards.
**What's Needed?**
+ Basic understanding of packing and material handling processes.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
+ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
+ Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
