Job Description

BOSCH is currently seeking multiple Production Operators for their production facility in Anderson, SC.  These are Direct Hire, and Full-Time with Excellent Pay and Benefits.

Operator rates start at $21.27/hr. plus $1.25 applicable shift premium with progression up to $27.40/hr. plus shift premium.

Available shifts include:

2nd Shift (3pm-11pm Mon-Fri) 3rd Shift (11pm-7am Sun-Thurs) 4th Shift (2 12-hr shifts; 11pm-11am Fri-Sat) - work 24 hrs. and paid for 34 hrs.5th Shift (2 12-hr shifts; 11am-11pm Sat-Sun) - work 24 hrs. and paid for 34hrsA Shift (4 days 5am–3pm)B shift (4 days 5pm-3am)C Shift (3 12-hr shifts: 5am-5pm)- - work 36 hrs. and paid for 46 hrs.D Shift (3 12-hr shifts; 5pm-5am Fri -Sun) - work 36 hrs. and paid for 46 hrs.

Job Requirements:

Operate production equipment and follow product and quality instructions, blueprints, diagrams, etc.Meet daily production goals and understand cycle time requirementsFollow plant safety and environmental policies, and keep work areas clean and orderlyConduct inventory and component inspections and/or audit to specification, as requiredMaintain charts, logbooks, databases, as requiredPerform and maintain accurate finished goods traceabilityEscalate concerns for material, technical, and quality issuesMake workstation adjustments, including tool and fixture changes, to facilitate product changeover, as required

QualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum score of 17 on the Wonderlic Assessment12 months manufacturing experience within the last 5 yearsStable work historyAvailable to work off shiftsAvailable to work overtime as requiredAble to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with leaders and co-workersAcceptable criminal background checkEmployment verification (previous employers)Drug screenVision screen
