Production Operator
**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** Work collaboratively in a team environment to safely operate complex production equipment. Utilize manufacturing software and tools for the manufacturing and packaging of various products. Follow digital work instructions, blueprints, guidelines, diagrams, and schematics to meet product and customer specifications and tolerance levels. Interpret dashboards and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Execute equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustained production. + Make necessary adjustments to existing equipment and provide continuous feedback for manufacturing process improvement. + Provide quality control and in-process production testing for designing new equipment. + Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. + Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. + Report malfunctions or abnormalities and make minor adjustments and repairs to equipment. + Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures. + Set up and operate a wide range of machine tools, including mill-turns, mills, lathes, and grinders, on a diverse range of products with difficult operations, aerospace tolerances, and complex shapes. + Align and secure tooling, holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines. + Set up and modify programs for Robot and/or Vision Systems, writing product-specific and robot programs by material master. + Modify programs in response to problems and adjust PLC programs to manipulate parts to specification. + Confer with engineering, supervisory, or manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information. + Complete all necessary documentation, electronic data entries, and communications accurately and timely. + Move all materials, either physically or mechanically, necessary to complete assignments. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. + Experience with machine operation and quality checks. + Strong computer skills. + Production experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience running CNC machines is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join an innovative work environment that values safety, continuous improvement, and technical expertise.
