**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Production Operator, where you will be integral in the production of fuel cell components. You will be responsible for assembling plates and stacks, operating both automation and manual lines, and ensuring quality through visual inspection. This contract position, initially set for 6 months, offers the possibility of extension and opportunities for growth within a state-of-the-art pilot production plant. **Responsibilities** + Produce fuel cell components according to work instructions. + Assemble plates and stacks related to the final product. + Operate both automation and manual production lines. + Set-up equipment following work instructions. + Perform visual inspections of parts at various production stages. + Support logistics by transporting and moving parts as needed. + Maintain cleanliness of the working area and equipment. + Document processes clearly and accurately. + Attend meetings and training sessions as required. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of recent experience in a similar work environment or relevant technical role. + Technical experience + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Clean room experience. + Direct industry experience. + Ability to work on weekends. + Strong team player. + Organizational skills with high attention to detail. + Willingness to work on different production stations with increasing complexity. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work environment with an open-door HR policy. The production facility operates on rotating shifts, with training provided on the day shift before transitioning to a PM shift every couple of weeks. Comfortable clothing is recommended, with additional gear such as coveralls, hairnets, glasses, and gloves provided.
