Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production/Operator to join their team. As a Production/Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting high-quality cardiovascular medical device production. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production/Operator
**Location:** Carmel, IN
**Pay Range: $23**
**Shift:** 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Assemble medical devices and related components following detailed procedures
+ Operate various equipment and machinery, including electronic assembly, casting, coating, and mechanical assembly
+ Perform visual inspections and precision measurements on components and assemblies
+ Test units using computerized test equipment to ensure quality standards
+ Maintain accurate documentation and records for traceability and quality assurance
**What's Needed?**
+ Highschool Diploma Needed
+ Good basic math skills at a 6th grade level
+ Effective verbal communication skills in English
+ Strong dexterity to handle small components and parts
+ Opportunity to work in a clean, controlled environment supporting innovative medical devices
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and handle small components and parts.
+ Ability to work in a **CLEAN ROOM Environment**
+ Wear clean, non-shedding clothing
+ Clothing must fit under a lab coat; turtlenecks and exposed sleeves are not permitted
+ Head coverings (including religious wraps) must be clean, tightly woven, and fully covered by a cap
+ Closed-toe, closed-heel leather shoes
+ Full coverage of arms, legs, and torso is mandatory
+ Make-up, nail polish, artificial nails, and jewelry/piercings that compromise glove integrity are prohibited
+ Only unscented deodorant and stick lip balm are allowed.
