**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** This entry-level position is for the 2nd shift, running from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on production needs. As a Production Operator, you will begin your journey in the Rack area, where you will be responsible for loading large paper rolls onto the production machine and ensuring its smooth operation. A mechanical aptitude is required to clear any paper jams that may occur. Additionally, you will utilize an overhead crane to move heavy rolls. The role demands standing on your feet for 8 to 10 hours per day, and strict adherence to attendance is crucial.
