Our client is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Columbus, NE
Pay Range: $22.77/hr
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2-2-3-3 rotating schedule)

What’s the Job?

Perform routine production tasks including filling, utility operations, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting

Operate in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards

Maintain accurate documentation and production logs

Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions

Work as part of a team to meet production goals

What’s Needed?

Basic skills in routine manufacturing processes

Ability to read, write, and interpret English instructions and specifications

Strong teamwork and communication abilities
