2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Are you a mechanically-minded individual looking for a hands-on role? We're hiring a Production Operator to join the team of a company that plays a critical role in the agriculture industry. In this position, you'll be responsible for washing, repairing, and recycling large plastic seed bins used by customers around the globe. This is a temporary position but a great opportunity to get your foot in the door.

Responsibilities: Safely operate a pneumatic powered conveyor line to wash large plastic seed bins. Perform visual quality checks to identify necessary repairs. Repair seed bins using appropriate tools and techniques, including plastic welding. Diagnose common equipment and product issues. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules. Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to maximize safety and production. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude and strong hand/eye coordination. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Basic math skills. Ability to recognize colors. Knowledge of special hand tools, plastic welding, or industrial machinery is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus. Physical & Environmental Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work is in an industrial environment.
