Now Hiring: Production Operators I & II – Multiple Openings

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We’re currently hiring for multiple Production Operator positions at both the Operator I and Operator II levels. This is a general job posting to attract motivated individuals with a range of experience. During the interview process, we’ll walk candidates through each role and determine placement (Operator I or II) based on skills and background.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery such as spoolers, twisters, cablers, braiders, and auto-pack equipment.

Reading and interpreting job specifications and following work instructions.

Performing in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

Troubleshooting minor issues and escalating larger problems as needed.

Loading and unloading reels, pay-offs, and take-ups safely.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Following all safety procedures and company standards.

Depending on your level and placement, responsibilities may also include:

Operator I: Running spoolers, twinners, and auto-pack machinery.

Operator II: Running advanced machinery such as cablers, braiders, and twisters, with responsibility for Hipot testing and the versatility to back up Operator I equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (required for Operator II).

Ability to read and follow technical instructions and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

Reliable attendance, a strong safety mindset, and willingness to wear required PPE.

Comfortable working on your feet and handling materials up to 50 lbs.
