Production Operator
Entry-level Molding Operators We are seeking entry-level **Molding Operators & Quality Inspectors in Binghamton, NY** . This role is ideal for those who value reliability and are looking to start a career in the manufacturing sector. The position involves operating plastic mold machines to produce parts to high-quality standards. No prior experience is necessary, though experienced operators have opportunities for pay increases.   **About the Role:** As a Molding Operator, you will be responsible for the production of plastic parts by removing them from mold machines, performing trimming, degating, inspecting, and packing according to Quality Specifications. You will also fill out production forms as required and maintain cleanliness in the work area.   **Key Responsibilities:** • Operate plastic mold machines to manufacture parts as per specifications.  • Remove parts from molds, trim excess material, degate, and inspect parts to ensure quality and compliance with Quality Inspection standards. • Pack finished products according to company standards. • Complete production forms to track materials and product quality. • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the production area during and at the end of shifts.   **Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. + Reliable with a strong work ethic. + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. + Must be able to work the assigned shifts.   **Why You'll Love Working With Us:** + Excellent opportunities for career advancement within the company. + Enjoy the convenience of weekly pay. + A positive and supportive work environment. + Regular schedule with multiple shifts available, including a shift that aligns with local bus routes for easy commuting.   **Assignment Type:** Temp to Hire   **Pay Rates:** $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, with potential increases for experienced operators.   **Shifts:** + Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Best schedule for bus route) + Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM + Monday – Wednesday, 4:00 PM – 6:00 AM **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
