This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to produce powder coating products consistent with customer requirements. This position performs various manufacturing tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment.

Additional Information

Three (3) Rotating Eight (8) Hour Shift Schedule - 2 Weeks per Shift - Days (7:00 AM. to 3:00 PM), Afternoons (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and Nights (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

In the future the Production Schedule may also transition to a Two (2) Week Shift Rotation on a Twelve (12) Hour per Shift Continental Schedule (Day Shift 6:00 AM Start Time and Night Shift 6:00 PM Start Time).

Afternoon Shift Premium of $ 0.50 per hour and Night Shift Premium of $ 0.75 per hour.

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
