Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Production Operator in our state-of-the-art facility. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the complete manufacturing process of magnet wire products in the newly established and automated environment. Your duties will include material handling, machine operation, quality assurance, and documentation of production updates.

ResponsibilitiesHandle raw materials to prepare for production.Load the production line with raw wire as required.Understand specification sheets to set machines when needed.Operate machines and troubleshoot basic issues, ensuring quality via HMI touchscreen.Pull and document in-process enamel samples.Utilize overhead crane for moving finished spools of wire.Operate forklift to store finished products in the warehouse.Essential SkilOur ClientGeneral labor and production experience.Forklift certification or willingness to be trained.Ability to read and understand work orders in English.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Capability to work 12-hour shifts.Additional SkilOur Client & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction.Strong tenure at previous employers.Ability to work safely and independently.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our new 700 building offers a temperature-controlled environment that resembles a clean room, tailored for precise manufacturing for automotive clients such as Toyota. The facility emphasizes cleanliness and self-motivation, with shifts available from 8AM-8PM and 8PM-8AM on a 2/2/3 schedule.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $21.65/hr.
