Join Our Team as a Production Operator on a Rotating Night Shift in Booneville, MS.

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Operator to join our team on a rotating night shift, 7:45pm – 8am. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Overview

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for loading gaskets, packaging end products for shipment, and visually inspecting products for quality. You will also measure and record pipe dimensions, control dimensions to maintain pipe specifications, and move bundled pipe from the work area. Additionally, you will assist in production line start-up activities and follow all operational and safety procedures. If you have experience with cutting and banding scrap, this is a plus! Our Belling Operations team will also be working closely with you.

Required Skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math skills, reading a tape measure and attention to detail Physical ability to lift, bend, and move equipment Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols Basic knowledge of pipe manufacturing processes

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with pipe manufacturing processes Knowledge of quality control procedures Experience with cutting and banding scrap Familiarity with Belling Operations

Preferred Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Other Requirements

Ability to work rotating night shifts (7:45pm – 8am) Valid driver's license (if applicable) Ability to pass a background check
