Our client, a leading manufacturer in the paints and coatings industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting daily production activities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator - 5

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

Shift: 5am-1:30pm, Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment at all times Assist in the setup and cleanup of production lines Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality checks Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided Ability to operate forklifts (training provided if needed) Must wear steel-toed shoes and safety gear during shifts Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
