We are currently looking to add two Machine Operator to our busy team.
In this role you will join a busy team in a varied position setting and operating a range of machinery. There will be production work involving the use of CNC punch presses, CNC press brakes and Rolling Lines. Training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment setting and operating machinery in a sheet metal environment. Any experience with MIG welding, spot welding, fabrication, production lines, powder coating or operating a counterbalance forklift truck are all beneficial.
Desired experience and qualifications
3 years’ experience in a relevant role.Previous machine operative knowledge with CNC Turret Punch Press, CNC Press Brake, Rolling Lines.Experience in sheet metal processingDemonstrate strong aptitude and a can-do attitude to your role.Be flexible and dynamic in approach in terms of your role and deliverables.Need to adapt onto 2 or 3 shift working patterns during busy periods.Capable to work alone or in team environment.Ability to read shop drawings.Comfortable with general computer applications.Required skills:
Experience in working with Sheet Metal, CNC Punch Press, CNC Press Brake and Lean Manufacturing
