Production Operator

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Production Operator to join a forward-thinking manufacturing team based in Newtownabbey, Belfast. What You'll Be Doing:Operating production machinery to assemble electronic productsAssembling cable looms and mechanical components with precisionPerforming soldering tasks and working with PCB assembliesCopying and installing software as part of the production processKit preparation and packaging of completed unitsMeeting daily/weekly output targets and maintaining quality standardsParticipating in LEAN manufacturing initiativesEnsuring your workstation remains clean, organised, and safeSupporting a wide range of projects across various product linesWhat We're Looking For:Soldering experience is essentialPrevious experience in a production or manufacturing settingKnowledge of electronic components and working with PCBAsStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to follow work instructions and adhere to processesComfortable multitasking in a busy, team-oriented environmentBasic computer literacy (ECDL or equivalent desirable)Why Apply?Join a collaborative and supportive production teamBe part of an exciting and fast-growing manufacturing environmentCompetitive hourly rate with weekly payOpportunities for learning and professional development

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (Weekly Paid)
